The restaurant La Famiglia is located just a stone’s throw from Termini Station and is open every day from 12:15 PM to 11:00 PM with continuous hours.<\/p>\n
Shortly after World War II, two boys aged 12 and 17 arrived in the capital from a small village in the Abruzzo Apennines, where they started working as dishwashers (dishwashers were still a distant invention at the time).<\/p>\n

After a few years (1968) and many sacrifices, they managed to open their own small trattoria, which for 40 years has fed Italians and tourists from all over the world, as well as pilgrims during two Jubilees (1975 \u2013 2000). Today, in 2011, the new generations continue the work of Antonio and Pietro, striving to follow their principles of healthy, simple, and authentic cuisine.<\/p>\n
Many years have passed, and much has changed. From being a family-run establishment with exclusively Abruzzese staff, now the restaurant works with collaborators from all over the world, who have brought their culture, cuisine, and traditions, helping to enrich and diversify the cuisine of Lazio and Abruzzo!<\/p>\n
